Better TTS is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides text-to-speech functionality, server management features, and optional premium subscription features for Discord communities.
By inviting, accessing, purchasing, or using Better TTS, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must stop using Better TTS.
You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using Better TTS.
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required by Discord in your region, to use Better TTS.

You may use Better TTS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

Better TTS provides Discord-based text-to-speech functionality, allowing messages and other supported content to be converted into speech.

Premium subscriptions are recurring subscriptions billed through Stripe.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorize Stripe and Better TTS to charge your selected payment method according to the subscription plan.
Subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled.
You may cancel your subscription through the Stripe Customer Portal or through supported Better TTS subscription management features.
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to Premium features until that time.
After cancellation, you will not be charged for future billing periods.
Some Better TTS Premium plans may include a free trial period.
If you do not cancel before the end of the trial period, your subscription will automatically convert into a paid subscription and your payment method will be charged.
Free trial availability and duration may change at any time.
Some Premium plans may require activation on a Discord server.
Premium access may be limited by the number of servers included in your subscription plan.
You may not share, transfer, or resell Premium access unless explicitly permitted.
We reserve the right to remove unauthorized Premium activations.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Better TTS does not store complete payment card numbers or banking information.
Accepted payment methods depend on Stripe availability and may include:
By providing payment information, you authorize payment processing for your selected subscription.
Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Cancelling a subscription does not automatically provide a refund for previous payments.
Users retain ownership of content they submit through Discord.
By using Better TTS, you grant us permission to process submitted content only as necessary to provide the service.
This may include processing messages to generate text-to-speech output.
Your use of Better TTS is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Better TTS may store information necessary to provide functionality, including:

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to remain effective.
